A potential client recently told me they liked my work and said they saw some of my stuff on another site. Confused I asked what site and he sent me a link. The link brought me to a pic I did of a custom turtle on a guy’s sleeve.
The site is www.eviltattoo.com. Now I never gave permission to have the photo used and all the photos on the site have no credit given to the artist. On top of all that the site is marketed as free tattoo designs for anyone to use.
I have already sent an e-mail telling them to take it down and I urge any other artist to go through the site and see if any of their art is being bootlegged.
I don’t do a lot of flash designs and I don’t think people would appreciate their art being tattooed on someone else especially if it has a lot of sentimental meaning.
Lets try and put an end to someone steeling our hardwork

So another case of a cool tattoo competing with a bad one. He got a crappy tribal that’s all messed up. Trying to fix it is just going to make a bad tattoo bigger and since he liked the cover up and biomechancial we did on his other arm we started another on this side. The tribal is dark but it’s faded to where it’s a midtone so some darker graywash should cover nicley making the back section more shadowey.Round 1

The title says it all. Not because he hurt and even though this is my business and I shouldn’t say that and there were some times he wasn’t too happy. The fact of the matter this is the most straight up traditional Japanese tattoo piece I have ever done.
This was artwork taken from a photo of an old Japanese back piece that consisted of just one lone fish. I did this as close too humanly possible in regard to shape, size, color and every scale. I’m very pleased with the final result and in the next months we will be adding flowers and traditional wind and water bars
